Eventually, you’ll face conflicts in the workplace and have to work with people you may not like. Sometimes, these people make your job harder and frustrate you to no end. When triggered, you may find yourself wanting to lash out at them or complaining to their manager.
However, it's important to remember that your actions today could impact your opportunities tomorrow. You never know if this person could become your manager or be in a position of influence one day. If you've offended them somehow, they will likely remember your actions and make it harder for you to reach your goals in the future.
